a serious mental illness, serving the counties of Haliburton, Peterborough,
Northumberland and the City of Kawartha Lakes.

What Do We Do ?
The Board meets regularly to:
Discuss family/caregiver concerns and seek solutions
Support others and lobby for change in support for family/caregivers
Publish a newsletter of caregiver concerns and information
Facilitate the formation of a local support group or provide direction
to an existing one
Maintain a database of people willing to assist you. You can also be
added to our records as someone willing to help
The Beginning

the formal supports?

Now that you know the illness, how do you survive as an individual? As
